Gowanus Brewery Brew Methods

Here at the Gowanus Brewery, which doubles as our kitchen, we started with the simplest methods and are working our way up. Accordingly, we started with extract brewing and are experimenting with full-mash brewing. I would like to experiment in the future, however, with a partial mash approach, which I’ve read may be an ideal middle-ground for brewers working under time and space restrictions, as we are here in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Afterwards, some batches are bottled and some are kegged.
